Can we do load test for job recommendation page by jmeter tool?

I am working on a job portal project.For job seekers there is a scenario for job recommendation to each user. But every users have different number of jobs recommendation according to their profile match,this is not fixed for every users.

What will be the scenarios of testing the load testing of each user? HOw can i test by jmeter?
