iOS Application Testing Platform via Apple Enterprise

I am looking for a way to deploy my application for testing via a application testing platform that uses iOS Enterprise certificates to deploy apps. I have a very large amount of testers and would like to be able to have a simple way to compile my application for testing preferably via an Enterprise application testing platform. I used a beta testing platform in the past which uses iOS Enterprise to allow multiple users to install and test apps. That service recently got shut down.

Is there any other way I can distribute application via Enterprise without buying an Apple Enterprise account ?
