Most popular android devices for App test lab (QA)

I'm trying to build most complete android device lab for Application testing purposes. With a team of Android Developers we creating application that will be used across the globe (we hope) so we need to find a list of most popular devices.

But I can't say it's the most recent and complete information.

Here is a list that I've collected:

So the questions is - do you know any other sources of such information?

And also - do I need to treat Samsung Gallaxy S2, Samsung SGH-T989, Samsung GT-I9100 as one device or as different devices?
