F# calling test in test

My problem is that i have a test, let´s call it create.fs and I want to make second one... but i want to call the create.fs in my create_activate.fs. Point is, that i don´t want to copy-paste code.

I was thinking about using functions like "before" maybe "once" but just simply cant fit it.

My question is if there is easy way how to call first one and then just continue on his result or how to call him in create_activate.fs.
