Automating Chrome inside Axiom wpf container

I am hoping someone can point me in the correct direction. I am trying to find a solution to automating a Chrome application embedded in an Axiom container. Everything I have read only references WPF items. This doesn't work for our app. I need to be able to use it without much interaction with dev because we are a small team. I was hoping to be able to use TestComplete when we upgrade to CEF, but that doesn't seem to be working on another team.

Any ideas/resources for automating testing with Axiom?
