I need a way to simulate incoming SMS to an international phone number

I need a way to simulate incoming SMS to an international phone number. We've a feature of SMS reminders in our CRM system, I need a tool / virtual carrier to simulate receiving incoming SMS from country X to county Y. Automated way or manually way it doesn't matter in this case, just to be sure that the SMS request from the DB succeed to pass the 3rd party integrated platform and delivered to the client.
