Benchmarking jboss application using JUnit testing framework

I need measure resource consumption of my application and I wonder if I can do this somehow automatically. Is it possible to use VisualVM during JUnit test cases and gather metrics from remote server? Are they any tool which can help me to achieve this a little strange requirement?
