Is there an open source dashboard for testing

I am basically looking for a dashboard which will provide me the necessary testing metrics (Like Post Production Defect Leakage,Defect Removal Efficiency, Test Effectiveness, Quality of Fixes, Productivity) etc, once my team members enter raw data. Please give me a good open source tool. I did a lot of search, but wasnt able to zero in on any. I am not sure if this is exactly a question that could be asked in this forum, in that case please excuse.
