platform version 9.1 using appium 1.4.13

I am not able to find platform version 9.1 in Appium 1.4.13 My Simulator is 9.1 version but Appium does not allow me to select 9.1.

Appium is only showing up to 8.1.

When I try to launch my simulator, It is failing the build.

Could anyone help me out with this issue and finding where I can get version 9.1 so I can get my simulator working?
