the requested name in valid in test controller 2013

I opened virtual machine and installed test controller and test agent 2015 update 5.

I haven't controller domain. In my computer where installed visual studio 2015 and remote test agent same user with same password.

When I create testsettings in roles I add controller by ip (this ip sucessfull ping and work via telnet 6901). After this I see error:

Cannot connect with controller 'X.X.X.X'. If the controller service is not started you may be able to start it by clicking the restart rig button.

The following error was received:

The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.

So how can I fix this error?
