Update HP QC Workflow on added Customized execution status

I am using HP QC now and I added new entity for Status (Passed with Comments). What I want is that if I run the test case with at least one step having Passed with Comments status and when i am done running the test case,the whole Run status will passed with Comments. How do update that in the Workflow?

I just want to have the logic that when you FAILED on STEP, the whole test will be FAILED but this time, if i Made PASSED WITH COMMENTS on one of the steps, the Test/Run will have the status of PASSED WITH COMMENTS.
