Batch file to open Developer Command Prompt VS2015 on startup

I'm trying to set up a batch file to run when the computer starts up. I can't figure out how to get the batch file to open the Developer Command Prompt instead of the regular one.

When I run this....C:\Users\jason.bienia\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\May30Test>MSTest/testcontainer:May30Test\bin\debug\May30Test.dll.... in the developer command prompt, my tests run.

I would like the batch file to do this step, but I can't figure out how to do it.
