Organizing test by using proper Test Management Tool

Currently our company is using JIRA for issue management. Now company is looking for a TM tool that provide more flexibility in Organizing TCs.

Current Process Followed:

Currently There are few Master Test Suites for each Testing Type(A, B, C). From these other Test Suites are filter out from excel sheet based on Client(X, Y, Z) and their Features(P, Q, R, S) and Platform(J, K, L). All these 11 TS are there for each Release(R1, R2, R3).

In last we are extracting the Test suite specific from our requirement like R2_C_Y_PQR_KL.

Exploring More:

During POC session on Zephyr, i got some idea about organizing Test Case[link]. But require some more idea how to properly organize test and excute Particular Test(like R2_C_Y_PQR_KL) in Zephyr or any other tool
