Say thucydides do not wait for page fully loaded

I have problem my test waits untill Firefox compleates load the page, but the problem is that some requests performs for long period of time(3-5min) to somewhere outside before clicking on element. Is there any parameter I can set t tell my selenium(thucydides actualy) test wait some time and try to click element? Thank you
