Xamarin Forms Unit test GPS

I'm currently working on creating unit tests for our application and it's highly focussed on GPS data (it's a route tracking app). Is it possible to fake GPS data within Xamarin's unit tests that also works on the Xamarin Test Cloud for both iOS and Android?
