Scroll the cells using UI Testing

Is there a method like

- (void)scrollByDeltaX:(CGFloat)deltaX deltaY:(CGFloat)deltaY;

for iOS?

I think the above method is only for OSX.

I would like to scroll my tableview according to the deltavalues provided.
