Change/Reduce LAN speed for test

I made simple program, my program implements TCP and other network stuff. I want to test my program's efficiency. To test it I need to simulate normal network (by normal I mean not very fast LAN). For my first test I need to change Local Network speed. I think that I need to change router's configuration (my router is TP-Link TD-W8960N), but i don't found any LAN speed config entry. I know that there are many Windows programs to control speed, but i don't want to install any additional software (i don't have much hard drive memory) - This option should be in system settings/router.

So do you know how to do this? Thanks for help, and any info.
