extract all test classes and test cases for each file from script

Have anyone heard about how to get TestCases and tests, from UI / Unit test target?

build a scrapper is rather easy and tricky, i'm wondering if there is better method to do it.

i'd be awesome to get output like: UITests: TestCase1 - test_test1 - test_test2 - test_test3 UnitTests: TestCase1 TestCase1 - test_test1 - test_test2 - test_test3
