How Can I become a PL/SQL tester? [on hold]

I'm learn PL/SQL since 5 or 6 months and now some H.R guy offer me a job position as PL/SQL testing jr. I really don't have any idea What a tester do. So, I would like to know about what applications and functions use a PL/SQL tester and What knowledge is necessary for take the job. Thanks.
