Running/testing winsock2 programs on Linux without virtual machine

I am running Ubuntu 16.10 and I would like to test/run my small programs (UDP client and server) using winsock2 library, but i would like not to install virtual machine or setting up dualboot. Don't you know e.g. about some online windows environment, where i could possibly upload these programs and run them? Or some other option, please?

Switching library won't work, beacuse we are forced to use this option in school. I know virtual machine would work, but i am looking for solution where I dont't have to deal with Windows on my laptop.
