Is there a function in Matlab or C++ that can do the test Pariwise.

I am working on model based testing. I want to apply test Pairwise. Is there a function in Matlab or c++ that can do it? I mean from the different values of each variables, the function give me the number of test suites to cover all pairs. Thank you in advance.
