When I subscribed and manage subscription, My subscription page is showing blank when i used sandbox account

I have used in-app purchase in my app but when I subscribed for the 1-month plan and To cancel your current plan Go to Settings >> Apple ID >> Subscriptions, My subscription page is showing me blank page.

Please help how to solve this issue. And I also facing the error message "transaction failed" when I purchase the product.
