How I code C Sharp software act virtual joystick?

I coding a little software.I read serial monitor from Arduino and ı write arduinodatas to console .But ı should parse datas as X and Y axes and ı send this parsing datas to FALCON BMS F16 simulator. My aim is it How can I add code to my software for pc recognize this datas as joystick? Thanks. Sorry for my english :),
