What is the best way to load test call center app or suggest any best tool to load test call center?

I want to load test call center. Scenario is like multiple users are calling at a same time and 5 agent are available to take calls. how this scenarios can be tested ? Is there any tool available to do load test of this type of app or provide any reference that can help in my load testing of call center.
