How to create temporary accounts for login testing

I am learning to work in UiPath and I want to make a robot that creates users, using data from some name-generator site, then creates an account and logs in that user(s). These generated accounts can be temporary and I don't need them for more than just one test session. QUESTION: How can I achieve that register/login test, without needing to create some web app, without needing server for login data or coding my own login form...? Is there maybe some site with that option? I have seen some sites, like facebook, that offer test user accounts, however they need to be used via app, which I don't need/want to create.
