Will Coded UI support the following use cases for me ? (copying files, creating files, copy and paste, verify windows alerts)

So I have to drive some automated tests on Windows 10. I'm planning to use Coded UI or the White test framework that relies on the Microsoft UI Automation Framework

Do you think I can do the following operations on WINDOWS 10:

1. Copy Office documents (.xls, .xlslx, doc, docx, txt) from the Documents folder to USB Drive
2. Create, open, edit and save a .txt or any of the MS office document
3. Copy paste from one document to the other document
4. Read text from a log file
5. Assert on Alert pop ups like MFC
6. Assert on Alert windows
7. Open outlook and send and receive emails with attachments
