Custom Xpath assistance

trying to get count of employees from each tab use of class name gives me all employees count, i just need the ones related to particular tab

this is so far i found the most unique html from code

i tried this (//div[contains(@class, ‘jump’) and text()=‘category-data’]) but doesn't seem right
