Reporting means in T test after Log Transformation

I have a variable namely INSULIN, and I want to test the significance of means using T test. The original data had some outliars and was not normally distributed. I did log transformation, and it followed normality which I checked using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. See below table of INSULIN and Log transformed INSULIN.

After applying T test for log transformed data. Mean difference was significant. Now I am confused, which means I have to report. If I have to report transformed means, how to do that?
