I am doing interface testing by using RTRT

While doing INTERFACE TESTING in RTRT i have to add 12 .c files but RTRT is not allowing me to add. It is throwing an error (memory over flow).and it is showing generation failed. Can someone give idea how to get read of this problem Thanks in advance...
