Azure Load Testing Web Test plug-ins, data sources and extraction rules

A customer with which I'm working wants to load test their solutions from different parts of the world an Azure Load Testing would be a perfect fit for their scenarios. The problem is that they are using Web Test plug-ins, data sources, and extraction rules and they cannot use their current web tests since that functionality is not supported, as the following article from the documentation describes: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/test/load-test/reference-qa?view=vsts

Could you tell me when is the expected date to have this functionality generally available? Thank you!
