uiautomatorviewer can not see adb while it is running and can view devices list

the uiautomatorviewer command on mac terminal can open the app and can not connect to adb while it is running and I can list the devices from terminal

and JAVA_HOME and ANDROID_HOME already have value

can anyone help please ?
