PSInvalidException error when testing script with powershell

I am testing a script for zipping files with Pester. I keep getting this PSINvalid Exception error. I'm not sure where the error in my script is. What causes this type of error? How do I prevent this kind of error? Any advice will be helpful. Let me know if you need me to post the script or part of the script.
