My wordpress blog fails Google's mobile friendly test

So, I just recently discovered that my blog IDK WHERE TO fails the Google mobile friendly websites test. I tried contacting the support of the themeforest theme which I am using, but they could not fix it. I am looking for a quick solution for this problem without having to use any plugins or changing to a new theme. I will really appreciate if you could help me fix the following error messages which I am getting -

1. Clickable elements too close together
2. Content wider than screen

The blog loads fine in the mobile phone, but I don't know why I get this error, I really need to fix this asap, please give me a possible solution for this. Thanks in advance.
