Building with the same certificate that was released using Cordova for IAP testing

My purpose is IAP testing without every single publishing when I debug and edit the Cordova app for android.

I've followed this article, but when I try to make IAP, I've got "This version of the application is not configured for billing through Google Play". It seems that every time I run the cordova build command, a certificate changes continuously.

Then, I found the SO answer and realized that the problem was "same certificate" for debugging.

But how can I do that with Cordova? Is there an alternative? Thanks in advance.
