I am working on a project where we would like to use Pact Broker but for some reasons it will be hard to implemement tagging of pacts in the way described in "Effective Pact Setup Guide" (https://docs.pact.io/best_practices/pact_nirvana).
Is it possible still to use the Pact Broker effectively ? Theoretically, build could still pass if the pact verification failed - this information is anyway recorded in the matrix and may be verified later during deployment. What could be disadvantages of such approach ? The only one that occurs to me now is that we may get informed too late about failures - so we should monitor somehow the results of verification during build.
