How to set runs on TestNG to exclude similar test group names

I am using java and testNG. I have multiple tests running by groups and they are running fine BUT when I have group names with similar string like SearchTests and GeneralSearchTests, test for the second group runs twice because run also when SearchTests is executed.

How could I set the testNG to avoid this?
