Any open-source RETS server for local testing?

I'm working on something that pulls data from RETS servers. I want to be able to pull from a server I control, so that the data can remain static. The only RETS server I can find so far is a reference implementation from 2005, which doesn't work very well.

Are there any newer servers I can use?
