I wanted to get some advice on how to go about this project, the app has to be made on android studio. The part i need assistance with is that one of the features on the app is the same concept as waze and other diving apps have where the location can be pinned by other users and is added onto the overall map every user sees. SO i wanted to inquire what would be the most efficient way, so far ive looked up the code samples and api of the map and pin features and have the idea of storing whatever any user pins down in a database and using a loop to place the marker on the map using length of database as the terminating condition so any addition automatically gets added on.
If anyone has any ideas on a simpler or more efficient way it would be very appreciated. (second year of University)
