How many levels has the "TestingPyramid"?
According to this picture of Martin Fowler the testing pyramid has three levels:

But if I read the text, then there seem to be only two levels: unit-tests and UI tests.
According to wikipedia there are four: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_testing#Testing_levels
I ask for the number of level which are mainly used, ignoring corner cases.
