Is there a tool to generate invalid JSON based on a Schema?

I want to generate a series of JSON strings which will fail against a given Schema in specific and varied ways.

For example, if a string is expected, perhaps an integer is provided instead. Or, if a number cannot be above 13, perhaps 14 is provided.

I have found tools that generate valid JSON based on a JSON Schema, but what I need is the opposite.
