Wanna know about Technical Test for IT Professionals [closed]

i am a java and android developer with more than 5 years of professional experience in IT track. My all experience based on my local city Dhaka, Bangladesh. Now i am trying to get a job in international job market. I have been searching for the best matching jobs available in internal market. After applying couple of international job first time know most of the company select candidates based on Technical Test. What type of Technical Test usually take by the company i dont know. So i want to know about Technical Test for IT Professional selection procedure. Thanks
