Can VS Communit 2019 Test Explorer generate a TestRestlts.xml file

I'm trying to find a way to generate a TestResults.xml file for some Specflow tests, when ran via the Test Explorer in Visual Studio 2019 Community eddition.

I'm using xunit test adapter/runner if that makes any differance.

I can of course generate the xml from the command line, but would like to be able to do this within the GUI of Test Explorer.

It seems to me like this is something I'd expect it to do, but with much searching I'm not really finding anyone tring to do the same, so feel I'm missing something very basic and obvious.
