Google chrome page is 1/2 longer with white space

Im using Java application. Users use it for warehouse management. Application is only suitable for google chrome and for few years runs smoothly. Java is updated to the newest. When I scroll down there is 1/2 half of page under native one and its white without any content, that I can scroll up and down.

Any suggestion ? I dont have access to source of it.
