I am trying to automate a login feature for a web app which requires user to log in using 2FA code which is been received via SMS

Can anyone pls help me with the process to write a automated test script for a user to log in using 2FA code?

This is the scenario - 1. Open test url (web application) 2. Enter username and password 3. Click on "send verification code" button on the next screen

At this point, the verification code is received via SMS and user can enter the code in the next screen.

I am trying to automate this using Javascript. Thanks
