Is there a way to get requests captured by Burp Suite in Java?

I want to create a proxy server with Java (or another language if available but I prefer Java) using Burp Suite. Is there a way to capture requests(packets) intercepted by Burp Suite with Java?

Then, I will use these requests to test any API by fuzzing, etc.
