Download test resources from multiple subfolders in ALM using VBScript

I have a project requirement to download test resources like excel from resources tab in HP AlM. As the datasheet are present inside multiple subfolders , I am unable to download them using VBScript. Is there any solution to create folder and download the excel to local drive?
