How can I change font, table and symbol sizes on Jmeter (5.2.1)?

I am in the process of taking a course on Jmeter however on my laptop the font size is too small and hard to read. I need to use the zoom in function to see text more clearly however, the table rows and columns are so small it cuts off text making it near impossible to read. I have attached a screenshot.

Can anyone provide a fix to this? I am using Jmeter 5.2.1.
