Equivalence class partioning and boundary value testing

Derive the test cases for the following problem using boundary value analysis and equivalence class partitioning. Special Insurance scheme is introduced for the employees of an organization for a period of one month. Consider a program to find the date of maturity of the insurance plan taken on a particular date. If the age of the applicant is greater than 40 then the date of maturity is calculated after 20 years, else the date of maturity is calculated after 30 years.
