How to completely remove browser history using testcafe

I am new to testcafe so please pardon me if this question sounds stupid. Manually if I go to my application and remove browser history, cache, cookies and try to login to the application it shows us the cookie disclaimer asking to either accept cookies or not. This is necessary as when we accept cookies, request header of any request generated from front end gets updated with the cookie details. When I am running my automated script using testcafe, the cookie disclaimer alert asking to accept or reject cookies does not pop up all the time. Infact it pops up two out of ten times I run the script. As a result the request header does not get updated with cookie details resulting in 400 error. Since testcafe always starts with a clean slate i.e with no browser history, I had the impression the cookie confirmation disclaimer should pop up all the time but that is not the case here.

Could some one please help me with any pointer on how I can completely clean browser history, cache and cookies using testcafe. Again, apologies if I am asking something stupid or redundant :)
