How to skip ansible tasks based on molecule scenario?

I'm running molecule tests and have 2 scenarios for Centos7 and Centos8. Is it possible to specify for a task not to get executed if the scenario is Centos7? I have a few tasks that successfully install NetworkManager and run system commands on Centos8, but they fail on Centos7. I don't want to tag them with notest, as it Centos8 scenario would skip them as well
